Abstract


AGENDA 

+ Introductions

 

+ Reiteration of Invasive Species Information Systems (ISIS) purpose:

- The TDWG ISIS Interest Group will develop, refine, and seek adoption of standards to support the implementation of the members of the Global Invasive Species Information Network (GISIN, http://www.gisin.org) and the entire invasive species science community, by building an information network for sharing and exchanging invasive species data, information, knowledge, and related metadata, for all organism types. The network aims to connect, through a distributed approach, as many existing and new invasive species information systems as possible throughout the world, by promoting common standards, protocols, and services designed to achieve connectivity.
