Abstract

Within the context of BiNHum (Biodiversitätsnetzwerk des Humboldt-Rings), a project funded by the DFG (German Research Foundation) we reviewed existing Audio and Video data standards and defined a set of terms proposed for Audubon Core to be used in addition to image facts. Here we present an implementation of exisiting Audubon Core terms in ABCD plus the new audio and video terms. Those new terms comprise technical and biological facts, mainly but not only to be used in biodiversity context.
