The symposium organizers will summarize the presentations. We will then engage the audience to consider the potential to create some best practices for service providers under the auspices of TDWG or otherwise. We would also like to discuss ways to encourage and incentivize holders/owners of relevant controlled vocabularies to make them accessible. Finally we will discuss the possibility of creating an Interest Group related to workflows and services to accomplish the above.
